DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
The Data Controller is HOTEL (Noma Construction Tourism Limited Company..) and the data processor is Club Jolly Tourism and Trade Inc. www.jollytur.com and https://www.jollytur.com/gizlilik-sozlesmesi
1- HOTEL accepts, declares, and undertakes that necessary permissions have been obtained from data subjects in accordance with Law No. 6698 for the transfer and processing of personal data it has obtained and will share within the scope of the Agreement and personal data to be obtained on its behalf by Jolly to third parties. HOTEL accepts, declares, and undertakes that it will fully fulfill all obligations stipulated under Law No. 6698 with the title of Data Controller.
2- Provided that Jolly has the title of “Data Processor” during the execution of services included in the Agreement, Jolly accepts to fulfill all responsibilities and obligations imposed within the scope of Data Processor definition in Law No. 6698. In any case, Jolly cannot be held responsible for transactions under the obligation of Data Controller in Law No. 6698 or damages that occur and does not bear the title of Data Controller in any way regarding personal data transferred to it by HOTEL and personal data to be obtained on its behalf by Jolly.
3- Jolly is not the addressee of any direct or indirect damage except in cases where personal data is used outside its purpose due to its own fault or unlawfully disclosed to third parties within its fault as defined in Law No. 6698.
4- Jolly is obliged to take all necessary technical and security measures to ensure appropriate security level to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to personal data, and ensure the protection of personal data.
5- Parties are authorized to immediately terminate the Agreement as a result of any notification to come from any official institution within this scope, with all compensation claim rights reserved.
USAGE AREAS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data collected and processed within the scope of the service you purchased is transferred, only for the purpose of doing the job and accompanied by confidentiality agreements when necessary, to:

Data Controller
This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) to inform data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used in the buildings and annexes of Casa De Levissi (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Personal Data to be Processed
The personal data processed includes the images of individuals captured within the coverage area of the camera systems and the license plate data of individuals entering company buildings, hotel and beach facilities, restaurants, hotel and facility lobbies, and parking areas with their vehicles.
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The personal data collected is processed within the framework of Article 5 of the Law to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial security of individuals in business relationships with Casa De Levissi, to safeguard the security of buildings, facilities, and annexes, to protect employees, customers, suppliers, and company assets, and to detect potential unlawful activities. In this context, all cameras operate 24/7 continuously.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is collected through closed-circuit camera systems located within the buildings, facilities, and annexes of Casa De Levissi. Camera surveillance activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s security policies. The collected personal data is processed based on the legitimate interests of the data controller in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Parties to Whom Processed Personal Data is Transferred and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes stated above. These transfers are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation and Casa De Levissi’s security policies.
Retention Period
Camera recordings are retained by Casa De Levissi for one week and are deleted when the purpose of processing is no longer valid and/or the legally prescribed retention period has expired.
